Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Raise it directly and keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Jealousmichigan Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
